The Racing Foundation celebrates International Women’s Day with Racing Home

To celebrate International Women’s Day the Racing Foundation visited Oaksey House in Lambourn to meet the team behind the Racing Home project.

With funding from the Racing Foundation, Racing Home addresses issues such as pregnancy, maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave, flexible working, self- employment and statutory pay, which are all often considered ‘difficult’ subjects for both employers and employees to address in the racing and breeding industries.

As part of the International Women’s Day celebration, we have produced a series of videos featuring conversations with both experts delivering the programme and beneficiaries of it.
