BHA recruit for two Diversity & Inclusion industry roles

The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) is advertising two roles within its Diversity and Inclusion team: Diversity and Inclusion Project Manager and Head of Diversity and Inclusion (maternity cover).
The Project Manager will be involved in driving some crucial areas of work which the Diversity in Racing Steering Group have identified as priorities for the year ahead.

These could include working with external providers to develop D&I toolkits for the sport, an industry mentoring programme or to manage and co-ordinate action to improve progression of female jockeys.

The Head of Diversity and Inclusion is accountable overall to the industry’s Diversity in Racing Steering Group. Reporting day-to-day to the BHA Director of Legal and Governance, the role requires managing and coordinating the implementation and future development of British Racing’s Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan.

This role is a year long maternity cover, with the closing date for applications 3rd April 2022.
